Frequently asked questions

1. My recording didn’t save or disappeared. What should I do?

First, check if you had any remaining recording credits inside the app and make sure you allowed microphone access in iOS Settings > Privacy > Microphone. If the issue continues, write to us with the song title you tried and approximately when you recorded it.

2. I bought credits or a subscription, but nothing unlocked.

Please open the app and go to the Account / Subscription screen and tap “Restore Purchases”. If access still does not unlock, send us the date and approximate time of purchase and the country/region of your Apple ID so we can investigate.

3. How can I restore my purchases on a new device or after reinstalling?

Install the MicLab Karaoke app on your new device, sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase, and tap “Restore Purchases” inside the app. If this doesn’t work, contact support so we can help you further.

4. Do you store my voice recordings on your servers?

In general, your recordings are stored on your device so that you stay in control. If we introduce any cloud-based features in the future, we will clearly inform you inside the app and update our Privacy Policy. For detailed information, please read our Privacy Policy.

5. How can I ask you to delete my data or account?

You can request deletion of your data or account at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Account / data deletion request”. We will process your request according to our Privacy Policy and local regulations.

6. The lyrics or timing look wrong. How do I report this?

Please take a screenshot if possible and tell us the song title, language, and where the problem appears (for example: verse, chorus, specific line). This helps us fix the timing or text much faster.

7. How fast do you answer and which languages do you support?

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Right now, we provide support in English and Turkish. You can also write to us in simple Russian or Turkmen and we will still do our best to help.
