MicLab – End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MicLab application ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.

2. License Grant

MicLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

This EULA does not grant you any rights to:

• distribute, sell, resell, or sublicense the App
• copy the App except for backup purposes
• modify, translate, or create derivative works
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• access the Service in an automated or unauthorized manner

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

MicLab offers auto-renewable subscription plans and non-subscription consumable purchases.

3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

3.2 Consumable Purchases

Items such as recording credits or timed passes are consumed within the App and are non-refundable.

4. Free Trials

If offered, free trials provide temporary access to premium features. At the end of the trial, access will stop unless you purchase a subscription. Trial eligibility may be revoked if misuse is detected.

5. User Content

You may record audio using the App. You retain full ownership of your recordings.

By using the App, you grant MicLab permission to store and process your recordings solely for the purpose of providing the Service. MicLab does not claim ownership of any user-generated content.

You agree not to record or upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes copyright or privacy laws.

6. Termination

MicLab may suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate the terms. You may also stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, the license granted to you will immediately end.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MicLab does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with all devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicLab shall not be liable for any:

• loss of data
• loss of profits
• device damage
• or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

arising from your use of the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and interface elements, are owned by MicLab. This EULA grants no ownership rights to you.

10. Modifications

MicLab may modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
